The initiative began almost by accident, after a reflection on 150 years of the Unification of Italy. Derived from the security to be better than they look and the will to make it clear that, despite everything, we love our country. The idea came from Massimo Melica : make a portal where anyone, after authentication, will write its dedication to Italy . It's called RisorgItalia . No political affiliation, nothing commercial, just a very personal act. Exploiting the potential of new technologies, the Internet, from social networks to see, even to ourselves, that we are better than us paint. We need to tell us differently. Just look at the past 150 years, people who have brought honor to Italy in every field, despite everything, to make great examples . We have a litigation policy second to none, a bureaucracy that is unmatched in the world, a state that imposes an unfair tax burden on the record without giving us almost nothing in return. We are the land that invented the mafia, it is true, but also one that has generated the people who created the phone and the plastic , the radio and the microprocessor . There are hundreds of Italian genes that, in every field, have given a decisive impetus, which given rise to that ideal connection, known throughout the world, including Italy and creativity . We are not only expressing what the current policy, we are so much more. Show it using the wonderful language we have and the potential of the Internet.
RisorgItalia part on 8 March. No shares rose, men and women are equal . A small voice asks me what tomorrow will change in practice after this initiative? Nothing, I reply, calmly. With the knowledge that definitely within us, a small light will be stronger than yesterday.
