What Does The Twilight Dvd Have On It?

Rispetto e fiducia nei dipendenti? Rivoluzionario

In business we often talk about internal communication . In a meeting that I did yesterday with a client if they have spoken at length because it is an Italian company with several subsidiaries in the world and needs to communicate better. I dance for another company in a project to develop the content and thrust of the existing Intranet. This is also why I read the new book by James Mason, "Intranet 2.0," which I recommend to everyone (I had already spoken in my "tips for shopping" ). The problem then is that the words do not follow something concrete because you have to decide who is dealing with it, as a platform to use and much more, all secondary. The most important thing is the willingness to communicate, which must involve, in particular, management . "It is not necessary that all managers will line up like soldiers, but there must be at least a manager who believes in" Mason says in his book. To define the project, to involve people, to find the budget. A difficult thing. Today, however, we have a revolutionary news in this regard.

Today I open the blog of Massimo Melica and read his latest post . Steve Jobs, Apple's number one, has decided to announce a new discharge to take care of his health. Okay, but we were not talking about internal communications? One moment of patience. This information, unfortunately not new for Jobs (and third time this has happened), will have a strong impact on IPOs, we imagine a press conference, with careful analysis from a legal standpoint. Or a scoop of a journalist who discovers this news withheld by senior management. None of that. Steve Jobs announced the news directly to their employees, first, by email. A demonstration of great respect and confidence in them, a fabulous choice for internal communication. He only asks respect for his privacy. Contrary

my wife (admirer of Apple products well before the birth of the first iPod), I'm not a fan of Apple. I do not especially like their trade policy to a "revolutionary new product" every six months. But I can not but admire the work and ideas of Steve Jobs. From today, my esteem for him is further increased because decided to give priority to its team . It did not use innovative platforms or glaring way, he sent a simple email. This means to put first the people who work with you, regardless of how, when and why you speak to them. We (in Italy) will see only the decline of the shares (-6% in trading yesterday on the markets Europe) and we have doubts about the company's future plans. But the problem is ours. We are not used to detect the respect and trust in employees as an important thing. For us it is too revolutionary.
